Beyond your monthly quota, you get free overage up to 110% (soft cap), then a hard cap. No surprise billing. On the Dev plan, the 300 conversions included at signup are valid for 12 months and do not renew: they are there to test, Starter takes over. An email warns you at 80% of your quota, when it runs out, and 30 days before your trial credits expire.

No result caching

Input and output files deleted after one hour. Two exceptions, both of your own doing: a share link you generate, and Premium OCR delivery (24 h). The file of a failed conversion is kept 72 h for diagnosis — details.
