Don’t recognise a charge? Our only prices are €0 (free plan, no account or card needed) and Premium at €4.99/month or €39/year — always in euros, always from an account you created with us. A fraudulent service copies our name and bills in US dollars: a conversion around $1.95, then a much larger amount a few days later, on a card or a PayPal account. Some statements show it as CONV2PDF or CONVERT2PDF. That money never reaches us: we cannot see, cancel or refund it. Dispute the payment with your bank, or open a case in the PayPal Resolution Center.
